1.CLIENT shall transmit to RVG via email attachment their Authorized GSA Pricelist (which includes terms and conditions, products and/or services and pricing). 2.The file shall be in Editable, unprotectedMS-WORD Format. 3.RVG will update the file with current Solicitation / contract terms & conditions. 4.CLIENT is responsible for correct product and/or services & pricing information. 5.CLIENT will provide RVG their EDI password. 6.RVG will upload the updated Text Catalog file to GSA Advantage. 7.RVG will notify CLIENT upon approval by GSA 8.RVG will notify CLIENT when Text Catalog is posted on GSA Advantage. If the Text File is rejected: 9.If CLIENT’S contracting officer rejects the upload, RVG will notify CLIENT. 10.CLIENT will normally receive a notification from their contracting officer, if the text file is rejected. 11.CLIENT needs to email RVG copy of rejection notice. 12.If rejection is due to mistakes with the updated Terms and Conditions, RVG will make corrections and resubmit to GSA Advantage. RVG will repeat steps 7 & 8. 13.If rejection is due to mistakes made by CLIENT, a RESUBMITTAL FEE of $25.00 will be charged to resubmit to GSA Advantage. 14.CLIENT needs to make any corrections outlined in the rejection notice, sent by their contracting officer, that are not related to the Terms and Conditions. 15.After CLIENT makes corrections, notify RVG.

Make sure you choose the proper Text Catalog Type for upload. If this is your first upload to GSA Advantage, choose "First". If this upload replaces the Text Catalog you currently have on GSA Advantage, choose "Replace".

Upon receipt of your contractor information and payment, we will request your Text Catalog File via email.

If CLIENT wants RVG to resubmit their revised and corrected Text Catalog, which was previously submitted from our Text Catalog Service [Item 9-1] or [Item 9-2]: 1.CLIENT needs to make the corrections outlined in the rejection notice sent by their contracting officer. 2.After CLIENT makes corrections to Text Catalog, notify RVG. 3.Submit corrected file to RVG. 4.RVG will resubmit Text Catalog file to GSA Advantage. 5.RVG will notify CLIENT upon approval by GSA. 6.RVG will notify CLIENT when Text Catalog is posted on GSA Advantage. *If CLIENT makes more than one submission error after paying first RESUBMITTAL FEE, RVG will submit additional uploads, without charge, after each submission correction by CLIENT, until upload is accepted by GSA.
