GSA ADVANTAGE SERVICES
  
Load Advantage – Product Catalog 
                                            

1.        CLIENT shall transmit to RVG their Product Catalog Pricelist, via email attachment.
2.        The file shall be in the editable, unprotected MS-EXCEL Program using the RVG Product Spreadsheet Format*.
3.        CLIENT is responsible for providing the correct product and services information, approved by GSA.
4.        The RVG Product Spreadsheet Format* is similar to the information spreadsheet used for most GSA solicitations.
5.        CLIENT will provide RVG their EDI password.
6.        Upon receipt of CLIENT's completed Product Catalog Pricelist, RVG will update the file to make it compatible for the Advantage upload.
7.        RVG will upload CLIENT's completed Product Catalog Pricelist file to GSA Advantage.
8.        RVG will notify CLIENT upon approval by GSA
9.        RVG will notify CLIENT when Product Catalog Pricelist is posted on GSA Advantage.

If the Product Catalog File is rejected:
10.     If CLIENT’S contracting officer rejects the upload, RVG will notify CLIENT.
11.     CLIENT will normally receive a notification from their contracting officer, if the Product Catalog file is rejected.
12.     CLIENT needs to email RVG a copy of rejection notice.
13.     If rejection is due to mistakes made by RVG, we will make corrections and resubmit to GSA Advantage. RVG will repeat steps 6, 7 & 8.
14.     If rejection is due to mistakes made by CLIENT, a RESUBMITTAL FEE of $25.00 will be charged to resubmit to GSA Advantage.
15.     CLIENT needs to make any corrections outlined in the rejection notice, sent by their contracting officer.
16.     After CLIENT makes corrections, notify RVG, and submit corrections to us.  
17.     After receipt of corrections and RESUBMITTAL FEE, RVG will submit corrections and repeat steps 6, 7 & 8.

To order this service:
1. Complete all of the Contractor Information below, and [Send].
2. Determine the total number of items in your Product Catalog Pricelist.
3. Match your total number of items with the price category below.
4. Select the appropriate price for your item count and click on the [Buy Now] button.


 

Contractor Information

Please complete all of the information below.

Make sure you choose the proper Spreadsheet Type for upload. If this is your first upload to GSA Advantage, choose "First". If this upload replaces everything you currently have on GSA Advantage, choose "Replace".

If you are only making changes to products you already have on GSA Advantage, choose the type of change the Spreadsheet represents, such as "Add", to add the products in the Spreadsheet to the products already on GSA Advantage; "Change", to change something about the item listing already on GSA Advantage; or "Delete" to delete the products in the Spreadsheet from the products already on GSA Advantage. If your Spreadsheet represents multiple changes to existing products on GSA Advantage, then, you should have a column in your Spreadsheet that indicates whether the items listed are "A" for Add, "C" for Change, and "D" for Delete. For a Spreadsheet with Multiple Changes, insert "Multiple".

Additionally, you must include at least one picture file when submitting a Product Spreadsheet to GSA Advantage. Make sure you include the name of that file, where indicated. If you are including multiple picture files (identified in your Spreadsheet), then, insert "multiple" where indicated below.

After you have completed all of the information, click [Send] to submit.

Upon receipt of your contractor information and payment, we will request your Spreadsheet File and Picture File via email.

Use the Comments section for any explanations or special instructions.

GSA ADVANTAGE SERVICES
 Resubmit revised and corrected Product Catalog to GSA Advantage
 
[Item 9-13] RESUBMITTAL FEE = $25.00 (One time charge*)

If CLIENT wants RVG to resubmit their revised and corrected Product Catalog, which was previously submitted from our Product Catalog Service [Item 9-4] through [Item 9-12]:
1.        CLIENT needs to make the corrections outlined in the rejection notice sent by their contracting officer.
2.        After CLIENT makes corrections to Product Catalog, notify RVG.
3.        Submit corrected information and Product Catalog file to RVG.
4.        RVG will resubmit Product Catalog file to GSA Advantage.
5.        RVG will notify CLIENT upon approval by GSA
6.        RVG will notify CLIENT when Product Catalog is posted on GSA Advantage.
*If CLIENT makes more than one submission error after paying first RESUBMITTAL FEE, RVG will submit additional uploads, without charge, after each submission correction by CLIENT, until upload is accepted by GSA.
