RVG Associates, Ltd. is pleased to offer your membership, on a Pro Bono basis, the opportunity to teach them our INTRODUCTION TO THE GSA SCHEDULE Class.
This is a great opportunity for you to provide this valuable information to your membership at no cost to you.
The GSA SCHEDULE is a mult-year contract (totaling 20 years) to sell your company's products and services to federal government agencies, worldwide.
The U.S. Government buys everything consumers and commercial customers buy. The General Services Administration (GSA) is the administrating agency for this Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract.
Once you get a “GSA SCHEDULE”, all of your productsand services will be listed on the “GSA ADVANTAGE” website for everyone to examine. “GSA ADVANTAGE” allows your government customers to order your products directly online by purchase orders, electronic funds transfer or credit cards, and links their website to yours.
We will coordinate with you to schedule and teach our INTRODUCTION TO THE GSA SCHEDULE Class to your membership. Some of the suggested duties are listed below. Of course, we would discuss and arrange all of the particulars in order to put on a successful Classroom session.
RVG Associates, Ltd will be responsible for and perform the following tasks:
1. Provide an instructor for the Class. 2. Provide the Class Presentation Disc/CD/DVD, usually in MS-Power Point. 3. The instructor will give the presentation and interact with participants to answer questions and provide followup. 4. A copy of the Class Presentation will be available to all participants before the event on our website.
Your organization shall perform and/or provide the following:
1. A classroom facility large enough to accommodate at least 20 class participants during the scheduled event. 2. A laptop/computer and projection equipment compatible to receive the Class Presentation Disc/CD/DVD, and project the presentation image on a screen. 3. Refreshments for the class participants (Optional). 4. Notify their membership of the scheduled class, providing all necessary information about the class and collect registrations for the event. 5. Shall register a minimum of 10 participants for the event. An event with less than 10 participants shall be rescheduled, until the registration exceeds or meets the minimum of 10. 6. A printed copy of the Class Presentation for each participant.
