-RVG Associates, Ltd. will submit required copies of proposed Option to Extend existing contract for an additional 5 years (before the existing contract expires, within the normal lead time or by the Expedited service time, allowed by GSA/FSS per the referenced solicitation), along with all required certifications, information, and supporting documentation to the Contracting Officer for consideration as prescribed by GSA/FAS. - We will advice CLIENT of any changes requested by Contracting Officer, if any. - We will represent CLIENT's requests for terms, conditions and pricing. - We will negotiate any terms, conditions and pricing applicable to the Renewal period for the next 5 years. - We will notify CLIENT upon approval of Option to Extend contract modification action. - We will request approved Option to Extend modification documentation from Contracting Officer. - We will provide original approved Option to Extend documentation received from Contracting Officer to CLIENT. - We will upload all applicable changes to GSA ADVANTAGE as prescribed by GSA/FAS. - We will provide GSA/FAS verification of upload. - We will make any corrections until uploaded data is approved by GSA/FAS. - We will notify CLIENT when Authorized Pricelist is posted on GSA Advantage.
