This is the modification process where the CLIENT's selected existing Schedule Contract(s) are migrated into a Consolidated Contract with a new Contract Number.
1. RVG Associates, Ltd. shall request required data from CLIENT to initiate migration process. 2. After requested information is received, we shall prepare all documents required by CONSOLIDATED SOLICITATION to enact the migration to the CONSOLIDATED CONTRACT of their selected existing Schedule Contract(s). 3. We shall submit required CLIENT documents to GSA. 4. We will communicate with GSA to assure all proper CLIENT data has been submitted during the review process until the award determination is made. 5. CLIENT understands that upon completion of this process, the selected existing schedule contracts included in this migration proposal request will be canceled and a newCONSOLIDATEDSCHEDULE and CONTRACT NUMBER will be awarded.
6. Also, CLIENT understands that any outstanding orders and future orders against contracts being migrated may be jeopardized, as well as, any BPAs. CLIENT must verify with all affected Ordering Activities that these can be transferred to the new CONSOLIDATED CONTRACT NUMBER.
7. CLIENT is responsible to provide all requested information in the requested timeframe and format. 8. We will notify CLIENT upon approval of contract modification action to CONSOLIDATEDCONTRACT. 9. We will upload new CONSOLIDATED information to GSA ADVANTAGE via E.D.I.
